  • 4 Sessions Over 4 Weeks 50% Healing / 50 % coaching

  • 2 x 50 min Coaching Sessions with Matatea

  • 2 x 40 min Healing Sessions with Anni

Sessions alternate weekly and complement the other for comprehensive growth and transformation.

Weeks 1, 3: Healing Sessions dealing with the physical and emotional toll of a busy year. Addressing feelings of failure or inadequacy for not meeting all goals. Revisiting and processing traumatic events that occurred during the year. Letting go of accumulated emotional baggage that hinders progress.

Weeks 2, 4: Coaching Sessions reframing the experiences addressed in healing sessions and set new, realistic goals. Finding functional ways to integrate all the changes, realisations and insights in every day life.
